Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with the diet prescription and obtaining preferences within that diet.
• Operates register, when assigned, according to established procedures, including close out and deposits.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, stations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
• Performs routine sanitation tasks and daily checklists.
• Completes documentation such as temperatures, logs, and supply sheets.
• Delivers/picks up food and child care meals as scheduled.
• Adheres to HACCP, Aide & HIPAA guidelines and proper hygiene and dating.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
