Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service background with leadership experience.
• Food service management experience preferred; hospitality leadership welcomed.
• Associate degree with one year of food service experience or bachelor’s in related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and patient dining technology.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM, DTR, or RD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient dining operations with focus on accuracy and service.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop the Patient Services team.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet dietary needs.
• Drive patient satisfaction through engagement and improvements.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings.
