Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a UK Chandler Patient Services Lead at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital in Lexington, KY. This full-time role coordinates patient meal service and ensures compassionate, personalized care for patients and families.

The position requires prior food service or patient dining experience and offers a rotating schedule with three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift weekly, plus benefits including discounted meals, 401k, and paid

Competenze

• Previous food service and/or patient dining experience required.
• Ability to communicate and read safety rules and manuals.
• Aptitude to operate hospital ADT and computer-based systems.

Mansioni

• Oversees Patient Dining Program objectives and staff performance.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates; assist with tray assembly and delivery.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for allergies, cultures, and preferences.
• Interact with nursing; monitor daily patient meal selections and delivery.
• Adhere to HIPAA, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
