Job summary

BayCare is seeking a dedicated food services team member to provide outstanding meals to patients, guests, and families. You will help maintain a clean, safe production environment and assist with tray assembly and catering events, while coordinating with clinical staff to meet nutritional needs.

The role requires at least 1 year of Food Services experience and 1 year in a Coordinator/Lead/Supervisor position, plus a HS diploma or GED. ServSafe certification within 1 year is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Food Services experience and 1 year of Coordinator, Lead, or Supervisor experience.
• ServSafe certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers; maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.
• Prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events.
• Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles; clean dishes and work areas.
• Act as liaison between patients, guests, physicians and Food and Nutrition Services; perform other duties as assigned.
