Job summary

BayCare is seeking a dedicated Food Services Representative to support patients, families, and team members at Mease Countryside in Safety Harbor, FL. You will provide meals, deliver patient trays, and assist with catering events in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role includes hosting, cashier duties, and dish/utility work, with interactions across patients and staff. Flexible shifts are available, and previous food service or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months in food services or customer service (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.
• Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
