Job summary

BayCare is seeking a part-time Food Services team member to support patient care and hospitality in our hospital setting. You will provide food service to patients and guests, ensuring a clean, sanitary environment and safe food handling practices.

You may prepare items, assemble trays, and assist with catering events as needed. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers in a hospital setting.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment.
• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and delivering patient trays or catering events.
• Receive and store food deliveries using FIFO principles and liaise with patients, guests, physicians and Nutrition Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
