Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab seeks dedicated staff to support meal preparation and dining services for residents. You will assist cooks, serve beverages, and help maintain a clean dining environment in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nursing and food service, adherence to safety and infection control policies, and reliable performance in a fast-paced health-care kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Assist cook in preparation of meals.
• Carry trays to patients on halls and serve beverages.
• Clean dining area tables after meals and throughout shift.
• Operate dish machine and clean kitchen equipment as assigned.
• Check temperatures and stock levels; follow infection control policies.
