Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; able to work with school age to geriatric populations.
• Six months experience in high-volume food service; healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to present the menu and explain QR code viewing.
• Prepare, deliver, and recover patient meal trays per meal tickets.
• Document dietary preferences and allergies in the MyDining system.
• Communicate patient issues to management and assist team to maintain service quality.
