Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Food Service Associate under the Food & Nutrition management team to serve and deliver food and nutritional products to patients and customers, demonstrating exemplary customer service.

The role encompasses multiple assignments within the department, including assemblers, hostess, cashiers, dining room aide, pots cleaner and cleaning aid, with responsibilities such as preparing meal trays, maintaining a sanitary work area, and following posted schedules.

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service skills demonstrated in daily interactions with patients and customers.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to keep accurate records as required by the role.
• Must be proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal trays, serve and/or deliver food to patients and customers.
• Maintain an organized, clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Adhere to daily job assignment duties, cleaning assignments, and scheduled hours as posted on the schedule.
• Ensure proper care and treatment of all technology when it is assigned to you.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures within department and outside department.
• Adhere to dress code, which includes cleanliness, grooming, and neatness.
