Job summary

Care New England seeks a Clerical Diet Aide to support patient meal preparation and dining services. You will process room service orders in HealthTouch, assist patients with menu choices, and maintain diet orders and nourishment labels.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years related experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Knowledge of normal and modified diets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes Room Service orders using HealthTouch.
• Assists patients with menu selection and telephone back-ups.
• Maintains diet orders and nourishments labeling.
• Documents meals served and handles orders via phone or fax.
• Coordinates nourishments and tube feeding orders.
