Job summary

With a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in customer service or nutrition services, you will contribute to quality monitoring and patient satisfaction. Training and supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more of experience in customer service or food and nutrition services.
• Excellent communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient food service activities from receiving the diet order to meal delivery.
• Includes tray line functions, diet office, and formula room tasks.
• Assists in quality monitoring to assure excellence in patient food service.
• Utilizes the Meal Host Script when passing and retrieving patient trays.
