Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Miami Beach seeks a Patient Services Manager to oversee patient dining services, ensure food safety, and maintain service quality across assigned areas.

You will ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS/ACHC, manage staff development, coordinate schedules, and partner with nursing to deliver patient-centered care. A Bachelor’s in a related field and relevant certifications are required, with opportunities for growth within our 4,000+ employee

Qualifications

• Certification in ServSafe and a healthcare-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• CDM credential required or eligible within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient dining services, food safety compliance, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, and ACHC requirements.
• Maintain records for temperatures, sanitation, and operational documents.
• Manage retherm processes and Aladdin system procedures for safe meal delivery.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure inventory and supplies meet hospital policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure patient-centered service delivery.
