Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Bradley Medical Center Hospital in Cleveland, TN. You'll help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure safety and satisfaction.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with possible weekend hours; previous related experience is preferred, and training is provided. The role offers a $15.00 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Assemble meals, deliver trays on time and retrieve trays from patient rooms.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain HACCP and HIPAA policies.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets and communicate issues promptly.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare procedures.
