Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Methodist Olive Branch in Olive Branch, MS. You will assist on assigned units, help patients with menu selections, and ensure meals meet safety standards.

Working 6:00 am–6:00 pm with rotating weekends; prior experience preferred, training provided. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately for each patient.
• Deliver trays on time and retrieve them from patient rooms.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation and patient confidentiality.
