Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital in Katy, TX. The role supports patient meal service, menu selections, and dietary compliance on assigned units.

Experience in customer service and food service is required, with English literacy and basic computer skills. Flexible schedule, weekends included, with pay of $15.00–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to each patient’s menu selection and timing.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at scheduled times.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and facility policies to maintain safety and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams on dietary needs and special requests.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
