Job Details

• Location: MUSC Ashley River Tower, 25 Courtenay Drive, Charleston, SC 29425
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary; open availability preferred
• Requirement: No prior experience required; willing to train
• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and ensure dietary restrictions are followed
• Work with healthcare team to accommodate food allergies, cultural, religious preferences
• Manage tray tickets, assemble, deliver, and retrieve meal trays accurately and timely
• Follow safety, sanitation, and HIPAA regulations
• Support patients on special diets and monitor their nutritional intake
• Communicate effectively with team and document reports as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English
• Basic computer and math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts
