  • Location: Morrison Healthcare - 1100 Belk Boulevard, Oxford, MS 38655. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Rotating shifts, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. Days may vary; more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units, helping patients with menu selections, assembling, delivering, and collecting meal trays. They ensure meals are accurate, timely, and at the right temperature, contributing to patient safety and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with menu understanding and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
  • Work with the culinary team to accommodate food allergies, cultural preferences, or additional requests.
  • Manage tray tickets, assemble meals accurately, and retrieve trays from patient rooms.
  • Comply with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines, infection control policies, and assist dietitians as needed.
  • Report problems or concerns promptly and complete required documentation.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation regulations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.
