• Location: TGH Brooksville - 17240 Cortex Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34601. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on healthcare units, assisting patients with menu selections, meal assembly, delivery, and tray pickup. They ensure meals are accurate, timely, and meet safety standards, contributing to patient satisfaction and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu choices, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams for special dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and retrieve trays efficiently.
• Comply with regulatory standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and infection control policies.
• Support dietitians with patient monitoring for special diets.
• Report issues promptly and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
