Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ. Join a team that nourishes patients and supports culinary and nutritional care.

You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timeliness. Prior customer service is preferred; standard hours vary with rotating weekends; pay rate $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Assemble meals according to patient menus and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
