Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Patient Dining Associate for a full-time rotating schedule. You will deliver patient meals, communicate nutrition-related concerns to the Nutrition Services team, and collaborate with Nursing on patient dietary requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting the dietitian with diet monitoring (NPO, clear/ full liquids) and documenting intake for analysis. No specific education is required; previous customer service in food service is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Allied Health, food service, or customer service settings as per Talroo.

Overview

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $18.02 - $26.54 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
