Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a physical therapist to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility and relieve pain.

You will provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, supervise team members, and contribute to a comprehensive care plan. A PT license and degrees are required, with potential for bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants. For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
