Qualifications

• Must read, write, and interpret English documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient choices and deliver trays on schedule.
• Maintain food safety by following HACCP, sanitation, and HIPAA policies.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets.
• Complete routine reports and communicate concerns promptly.
