Job summary

Aramark seeks a Patient Services Worker to support hospital and long-term care diet orders, acting as a liaison between patients and the Food and Nutrition Services. You will deliver trays, collect nourishments, and communicate patient preferences, while maintaining sanitation and assisting clinical staff to meet nutrition needs.

English proficiency is required; bilingual abilities are preferred but not required. The role involves standing, lifting, and PPE usage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English; bilingual abilities preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, lift, push/pull and wear PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect patient trays and nourishments as ordered in a timely manner.
• Obtain patient food preferences/dislikes and communicate needs to Food & Nutrition Services.
• Maintain sanitation standards and cleaning schedules; restock pantries and freezers.
• Maintain temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers.
• Assist clinical staff to ensure patients' basic nutrition needs are met.
