Unidine, a member of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Diet Clerk at EHM Evangelical Saline in Saline, MI. You’ll support patient menu management, diet-office tasks, and data collection under the supervision of the Nutrition Manager.

The role requires 1 year of food service experience; hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation starts at $21.00–$22.50 per hour, with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of prior food service experience.
• Ability to assist patients with menu selections following prescribed diets.
• Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergies when assisting patients.

Aufgaben

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients with menu selections per dietitian guidance.
• Offers alternatives per prescribed diet considering allergies, culture, or religious preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• May handle infant formula/human milk distribution and inventory.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and participates in Quality Improvement teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
