Unidine is hiring for a Diet Clerk position at Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA. Under the direction of the Patient Services Manager and/or Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will manage patient menus, collect data, and perform diet office duties as needed.

The role includes assisting patients with menu selections, ensuring diet compliance, and coordinating with dietitians. This is a full-time position with a daytime schedule and the potential for professional growth within a top hospitality

Qualifications

• Prior dietary aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients with menu selections per dietitian.
• Offers alternatives within prescribed diet for allergies, cultural or religious preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• May manage human/donor milk and/or infant formula.
• Adheres to HIPAA regulations and patient rights policies.
• Complies with federal/state/regulatory standards.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Follows infection-control policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
