Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare the starter station and work the patient meal line, expediting trays.
• Assist with the dish room duties and keep stations stocked and clean.
• Set up cafeteria and serve items on patient trays; operate the cash register.
• Record temperatures and maintain sanitation according to HACCP and hospital policies.
• Receive and deliver patient nourishments and assist with tray distribution.
