Responsibilities include processing patient meal selections, printing daily reports, verifying diet orders, and ensuring accurate charges. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

• Process patient meal selections per diet orders using computer systems.
• Print daily reports (allergy, census, host rounds, tube feedings).
• Verify diet orders against hospital records and update as needed.
• Process charges and maintain accurate records in logs.
• Maintain excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety standards in all tasks.
