Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a member of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Diet Clerk at Fort Loudoun Medical Center in Lenoir City, TN. The schedule is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and/or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with rotating weekends. Prior diet, healthcare, and dining experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous diets, healthcare, and dining experience required.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diet.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient rights policies.
• Completes all required documentation, reports and logs.
