Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation and served food to patrons, using proper portion size and method of service.
• Operates cash register in accordance with hospital and department policy and procedures.
• Adheres to sanitary regulations and department policy and procedures when handling food and equipment and in maintaining clean work area.
• Adheres to Hospital and department policies/procedures regarding attendance, uniform, personal hygiene and job duties.

Requirements

• Assists in other dietary department functions.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to keep accurate records.
• Proficiency in English language. Work may require fair amount of dexterity and mobility.
