• Daily cleaning of stoves and food service equipment.
• Transport food carts to resident dining areas and return resident trays to dietary department.
• Portion foods for residents.
• Set up trays and meals for residents using diet sheets and menus for residents on special diets.
• Prepare between-meal nourishment and other foods for tray service.
• Follow established dietary policies, procedures, and safety codes.
