Job summary

Ageless Men's Health is seeking a part-time Patient Coordinator in Cordova, TN. You’ll manage front-office duties, greet patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and collect payments, delivering concierge-level service daily.

You will be the face of the clinic, ensuring a smooth patient flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate records in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads and reactivate inactive patients; support retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm (25 hours per week)

We have 90+ clinics nationwide and are seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Cordovalocation. As the face of our clinic, you'll create exceptional experiences from the moment patients walk through the door to the time they leave. You'll own the front office by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and building lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their care.
