We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Coordinator - Infusion - Full Time, Days - PCC-Suffolk-Infusion -Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM; Alternating Saturdays 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
In this role, the successful candidate As a Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate patient treatment plans are followed. Coordinates follow-up care plan needs for patients by scheduling appointments or enrolling members in programs, assesses member compliance with medical treatment plans via telephone or through on-site visits.
To qualify you must have a Experience with word processing and computer databases required.
Strong oral and written, multitasking, detail oriented, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
One year of office experience required; two years preferred.
1-2 years scheduling experience in a medical office or a healthcare setting.

The salary range for the role is $40,260.72 - $53,787.64 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
