Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our clinics in New York. The role involves greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and verifying insurance coverage to ensure smooth operations.

You will obtain authorizations, collect payments, and process new patients while helping the clinic maintain top performance and patient satisfaction. The position supports growth in a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
