Job summary

Ageless Men's Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Patient Coordinator to manage front office operations, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and process payments. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and pay of $26 per hour.

As the face of the clinic, you'll deliver concierge-level service, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and support patient retention through proactive outreach and personalized care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting required
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience
