Image Orthodontics seeking aPatient Coordinatorto join our busy orthodontic and pediatric dental practice! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office.

About The Role

The Patient Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our patients and parents. You’ll play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience by managing the schedule, supporting the clinical team, and keeping the front office organized and welcoming.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 8am -5pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
