Role Responsibilities

As a Patient Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, you will handle front office tasks to foster trust and loyalty with patients. You'll undergo a four-week training program to excel in your role, including:

• Providing compassionate patient service following policies, regulations, and standards
• Scheduling, confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance, and payment processing
• Balancing deposits and credit card transactions
• Performing additional duties as assigned
