Northwest Eye Clinic in the Twin Cities area seeks a full-time Patient Coordinator at the Crosstown location to warmly welcome patients, verify information, and schedule appointments. You will also assist with recalls and data entry, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Candidates should have at least one year in customer service, preferably in a medical setting, and demonstrate empathy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls. Starting pay is $18.50-$21.00/hour.
High school diploma or equivalent.
