Ivy Health Inc in Livingston, NJ is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. You will be the first friendly face patients meet, guiding them through registration, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth clinic experience.

You will maintain patient records, coordinate appointments with clinicians, and deliver outstanding customer service to patients and families, helping our clinics run efficiently and compassionately.

Job Description

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
