Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients, collect and verify information, and maintain an organized schedule for the day and future appointments at our Fort Irwin practice. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in dental/medical customer service, with knowledge of dental insurance and Dentrix or similar software.

Strong communication with patients and the team is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
