Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health seeks a Patient Coordinator for the Upper Dublin clinic in Dresher, PA. You will be the friendly face greeting patients, managing front desk activities, and guiding patients through check-in/check-out while handling phones and scheduling during standard daytime hours.

You’ll verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient data, helping retain patients and support HIPAA-compliant operations in a fast-paced, growing national clinic network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical/healthcare front office setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification and scheduling or medical administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.

Location: Upper Dublin clinic in Dresher, PA

Pay: $26 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). Must be available for scheduling during normal business hours.

As the face of our clinic, you'll create exceptional experiences from the moment patients walk through the door to the time they leave. You'll own the front office by managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and building lasting relationships that keep patients engaged in their care.

Your Responsibilities

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness
