Job summary

Ageless Men's Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Upper Dublin clinic in Dresher, PA. You will manage front office tasks, greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and build lasting relationships to keep patients engaged in their care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Interest in men's health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.

Location: Upper Dublin clinic in Dresher, PA. Pay: $26 per hour. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). Must be available for scheduling during normal business hours. Job Type: Full-time.
