Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating excellent patient experiences and have at least one year of experience in a dental or healthcare reception setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment options to patients
  • Collect and update patient records, including insurance and personal details
  • Handle billing, process payments, and respond to account inquiries
  • Facilitate smooth communication between patients and the clinical team
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare front desk role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in dental office software (experience with Open Dental is a plus)
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
