The role involves welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, and supporting clinic operations to maintain excellent patient care.

You will work with clinicians and staff in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive patient experience and clinic performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients to ensure smooth visit flow.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
