Job summary

Ivy Health Inc is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Glen Allen, VA clinic (Peds). You will be the first point of contact, handling patient registration, scheduling, and essential front-office tasks to ensure a welcoming and organized clinic experience.

You will maintain patient records, coordinate between patients and clinicians, and deliver exceptional customer service to families while adapting to a fast-paced ambulatory care environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Location: Glen Allen, VA (Peds)

40 hours/week

$18-20/hr

Patient Coordinator

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
