Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our Ashland clinic. The role focuses on checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, verifying insurance, and collecting payments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare admin experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, patient-focused attitude to support exceptional care delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
