Cali Kids Dental/Next Level Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator with a warm, outgoing demeanor to keep our front office running smoothly and deliver exceptional patient care. Based in Northern California, the full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 5pm, with no weekend shifts; strong communication and dental billing familiarity are valued.

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or dental billing preferred.

Cali Kids Dental/Next Level Dental is in search of a new Patient Coordinator who possesses a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Thriving in our dynamic environment, you will lead with precision and creativity, upholding high standards of administrative excellence while cultivating a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, no weekends
• 7:45am-5pm

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, accounts payable, or dental billing is preferred.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
• Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
