IBI Clinic is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Patient Coordinator to support patient intake, scheduling, and billing while delivering exceptional care in English and Spanish.

You will manage telehealth appointments, assist with inquiries, upsell services, and maintain accurate records, collaborating with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication with patients and physicians.
• Proven sales and closing skills for patient acquisition and upselling healthcare services.
• Experience in aesthetics or personal injury is a plus.
• Social media savvy to drive traffic and patients through the door.
• Patient-centered approach ensuring high-quality care every day.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR and scheduling systems.
• Ability to learn telemedicine tools and provide basic tech support.
• Strong administrative skills handling intake, scheduling, billing, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• STRONG SALES and CLOSING SKILLS
• Aesthetics/Personal Injury experience (preferred)
• Social Media Savvy- Able to capture and create social media content to drive traffic and get patients through our door
• Patient-Centered Approach - Provide exceptional, high-quality care to each patient, every day.
• Bilingual Preferred - Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to engage effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities - Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and develop solutions to patient needs.
• EMR Proficiency - Experience working with electronic medical records and patient scheduling systems.
• Technical Skills - Ability to learn and understand telemedicine systems, provide basic technical support, and triage issues as needed.
• Administrative Excellence - Efficiently handle patient intake, scheduling, billing, and follow-ups while ensuring a smooth patient journey.
• Attention to Detail - Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, follow up with patients, and ensure all prerequisite steps are completed for a seamless healthcare experience.
