Job summary

Watson Clinic is seeking a Hospitality Transporter to greet visitors, assist non-ambulatory patients, and guide them to departments and services within the clinic. This on-site role emphasizes friendly service, accurate directions, and patient comfort throughout visits.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR within 90 days, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Prior hospitality/healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Preferred: prior Hospitality/Healthcare experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide directions and assistance.
• Assist patients who are non-ambulatory and provide wheelchair support.
• Explain parking and locate departments; accompany visitors as needed.
• Stand for long periods and help with pushing wheelchairs/stretchers.
• Provide information about clinic facilities (toilets, cafe, shops).
