Job summary

Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a PRN Patient Service Representative for our Denton, TX center. This on-site, part-time role pays $17.70–$21.30 per hour and requires occasional Saturday shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

You will handle phones, patient check-in/out, data entry, and scheduling while delivering courteous service. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, patient-centric service, and adherence to compliance standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience providing exceptional customer service, healthcare setting preferred.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver and team player.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet patients warmly.
• Check in/out patients and ensure proper documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees as required.
• Enter data accurately for registrations and appointments.
• Assist with medical records and scheduling as needed.
• Maintain patient flow and satisfaction through efficient queue management.
