Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital seeks a friendly Guest Services Representative to welcome patients and guests, answer inquiries, and support smooth hospital operations. You will greet visitors, assist with check-in, and help with various guest needs while maintaining a caring, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service setting.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests promptly upon arrival.
• Assists guests with check-in procedures by providing visitor badge.
• Displays a caring attitude and sensitivity to guests' needs/concerns.
• Escorts guests to in-hospital destinations as needed.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains current knowledge of hospital personnel, departments, and locations to assist guests in a timely manner.
• Maintains professional image and attendance in line with Baptist Health policies.
